Parkour has helped me to do right things and give the correct way of thinking. During the practice for 2 years, I've learned a lot about what life is. I'm so grateful to God because a lot of friends beside me had taught me to keep practicing and be discipline. Since I joined Parkour Indonesia on 15 November 2009, beside I got friends, I'd explored the way of life from parkour view. It's not about to compete; it created not to impress, but to help people around you. At first, I didn't know why I so enthusiastic to attend this hard training method every week and survived till now. Until finally I found the steps about parkour training. I must build my strong body first to do parkour as efficiently as possible. I'm not strong enough to jump a gap about 2 meters, to do 50 climb-ups, stay within 10 minutes on cat leap position, 100 precision without a pause, keep running for a hour; but for the most importantly, I must keep my concentration during do all of this....

Workshop Earth Hour 2011 di Jogja diadakan pada hari Rabu, 2 Maret 2011, bertempat di Green Cafe, Yogyakarta. Para peserta workshop berasal dari berbagai komunitas di Jogja, seperti komunitas Podjok (Paguyuban Onthel Djokjakarta), komunitas Atsuki, komunitas sepeda tinggi, Lereng Merapi Onthel Community, Cah Andong, fiksiminijogja, Wikimu, pelajar, mahasiswa, dan juga JUMPalitan (Parkour Jogja). Kita semua terlihat antusias mengikuti acara itu. Pada pukul 09.00 WIB, saya dan teman-teman dari JUMPalitan datang ke Green Cafe untuk mengikuti workshop Earth Hour 2011. Awalnya sih saya merasa canggung ketika bertemu dengan para peserta workshop Earth Hour 2011 karena tidak terbiasa bertemu dengan orang banyak. Tapi setelah itu, saya merasa dapat bersosialisasi dengan baik kepada semua peserta tersebut.
